Coach Comments

Paige had a great day with four first place finishes. I was really happy with her 400 meter time. Chaylee picked up our other gold medal with a good jump in the pole vault. I thought that Jayden Speer ran well in the sprints. Our other girls are continuing to pick up points for us in the field events.

Coach Comments

Our boys had a great day in the field events as we scored 65 points. Caden Bach had personal bests in both the javelin and the high jump. Ross Cole also posted two personal records in the high jump and the triple jump. I thought that Jesus Saenz had good throws in the discus and javelin considering he was throwing on a sprained ankle. Once again, Nick Stutsman had a good jump in the pole vault. Nick and Caden jumped exceptionally well in the long jump for their first time participating in that event. Brendon Sammons had a personal best in the pole vault. Tharen Cox was able to three step all of the high hurdles, which is quite a feat for a freshman.
