The Customer Service Representative (CSR) responds to customer inquiries via telephone, secure e-mail and face-to-face meetings.   The CSR is expected to understand the bank’s policies and propose solutions to customer problems, and also possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services so that the customers can be correctly informed.

  • Commercial Loan Officer

The Commercial Loan Officer will develop loan requests, provide documentation, and prepare loan presentations. The qualified candidate will also collect, and review updated financial documentation ensuring the credit level is maintained. This job is also responsible for developing new relationships in order to expand our C & I customer base, have the ability to cross-sell opportunities, assist in negotiating loan and structuring presentations.

The Trust Officer position would be responsible for both account administration and investments in clients’ portfolio.   The officer would be required to meet with current clients as well contacting potential clients for the Asset and Investment Management. This position requires basic knowledge of investments, trusts, IRA’s, retirement planning, and estate planning.  The trust officer position also requires understanding and calculations of RMD (required minimum distributions) of IRA accounts.
