Midwest Family Health is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Owner and leadership team. This role is responsible for managing projects, coordinating vendor communications, supporting accounting functions, organizing file systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle multiple priorities independently while upholding the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Experience
• Minimum 2 years in an executive or administrative support role
• Business degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Organizational Skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient workflows
• Skilled in organizing both electronic and physical file systems
Technology Proficiency
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Comfortable operating office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional interaction with vendors, leadership, and team members
• Ability to monitor, manage, and respond to email correspondence promptly

• Discreet handling of sensitive information
• Sound decision-making and ability to escalate issues appropriately
Initiative and Independence
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting tasks effectively
Financial Support Skills
• Enter vendor invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts
• Manage customer payments, daily bank deposits, and assist with billing
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Good memory, vision, and hearing (correctable to normal)
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
