The Logan FFA students traveled to Hays on April 3 to participate in the NW District FFA Livestock Contest. They judged 8 different classes and gave reasons for 2 classes. The greenhands gave reasons for 2 classes and seniors gave reasons for 3 classes.
The greenhand team consisted of Breyer Delimont, Taden Gottschalk, Buster States, Graci Bliss, and Cora Ashmore.
The team took 3rd place and individually Breyer placed 3rd and Taden placed 14th.
The senior team consisting of Rhett Kats, Kaden Graham, Case Ashmore, and Mara Kats placed 4th as a team. Individually Rhett placed 1st and Kaden placed 8th.
It was a great day with a great set of animals to judge.
