Effort Overcomes lack of Experience

The Northern Valley Middle School girls competed in their first track meet of the season on a beautiful day in Norton. We are low on numbers and experience this year but the girls put in lots of effort and gained lots of experience.

Shelby Lentz ran her first 800 meter race placing sixth and scoring the only point for our school in the 7^th grade division.

Rene’ Horacek had a good day in the 8^th grade division earning her first medal of the season placing third in triple jump.
