McKinney and Horacek bring home multiple medals from Husky Invite

The Northern Valley Middle School girls traveled to Stockton for the Husky Invitational. It was a beautiful day for the Lady Huskies competing against nine other schools.

Annika McKinney had a great day in the sixth-grade division placing in all four of her events – gold in the shot put, 100-meter, 400-meter, and silver in the 200-meter.

Rene’ Horacek had a good day in the 7/8th grade division placing in three events – bronze in the triple jump, fourth in the long jump and fifth in the 200-meter.
