Fort Hays State University sets Commencement Dates

HAYS, Kan. – Fort Hays State University will honor approximately 1,691 graduates during its Spring 2025 commencement ceremonies, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 16-17, at Gross Memorial Coliseum in Hays.
Graduates who choose to participate in person will be recognized during four ceremonies. All times listed are Central Time (CT).
Friday, May 16
8:30 a.m. – College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences
11 a.m. – College of Health and Behavioral Sciences
Saturday, May 17
8:30 a.m. – Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship and Werth College of Science, Technology and Mathematics (combined ceremony)
11 a.m. – College of Education
A virtual celebration (pre-recorded) will also be available on Saturday, May 17, beginning at 2 p.m. for DNP, Ed.S., and master’s students, followed by a 4 p.m. ceremony for undergraduate graduates. Graduates can join in this special day by accessing the link on Tiger Media Network.
All in-person and virtual ceremonies will be streamed live on the Tiger Media Network YouTube channel and the Fort Hays State University Facebook page. Recordings of the virtual ceremonies will be archived and accessible through the university’s commencement website.
