Panther Cross Country earns PRs and medals at Norton Meet

High School Meet Summary

The Phillipsburg Panthers High School Cross Country Team competed in the Norton Invitational on September 26, 2024. The meet was held at the Norton Golf Course. Senior Hannah Walker earned a medal with a 7th place (33:56) finish in the JV race. Freshman Brayden King achieved a PR and finished in 14th place (28:08). Freshman Miles Krom finished in 15th place with a 28:22. The Panthers will travel to Beloit to compete on October 3.

Jr High Meet Summary

The Phillipsburg Panthers Middle School Cross Country Team competed in the Norton Invitational on September 26, 2024. The meet was held at the Norton Golf Course. Julia Walker placed 3rd in the 7th grade 2 mile with a 17:03. This was a PR for Julia and good enough to earn her a medal. Eighth grade runner Roger Riedel placed 29 (16:59) in the 2 mile. The Panthers will travel to Beloit on October 3.
