Panthers drop district game to Pratt

The Phillipsburg Panthers hosted the Pratt Greenbacks on Friday, Oct 11. Although the score didn’t end up in the Panther’s favor, they battled all game against the Greenbacks.

On the offensive end, junior quarterback Colin Springer had 33 passing yards and 101 rushing yards. Following the passes thrown, senior Hunter Sisson led with 20 of the 33 receiving yards and junior Blake Buresh had 13 yards.

Senior Seth Keeten followed Springer with 68 rushing yards. Finding the endzone, freshman Caleb Leidig had one touchdown and 31 rushing yards.

The Phillipsburg Panthers were able to pick up a fumble and catch an interception on the defensive end of the ball.

The Panthers will continue district play when they host the Norton Bluejays on Friday, Oc. 18.
