Phillipsburg golfers finish second at Osborne

The Phillipsburg Golf team showcased a performance on Tuesday, April 15, as they traveled to Osborne for a competitive tournament.

The team secured second place overall. Individually, senior Hunter Sisson, earned 5th place with a score of 84. Not far behind, senior Avery Jacobs and sophomore Mason Laurin, each achieved a score of 86, in a three-way tie for 7th place.

Junior Cole Shelton contributed with a score of 93, placing him in 18th. Senior Jaden Boyle followed closely, tying for 20th with a score of 96. Freshman Cooper Gower, rounded out the team's results with a score of 112, placing him 38th.

As the season progresses, Phillipsburg Golf looks forward to building upon this success, aiming for more accolades and personal bests. Next up for the Panthers will be the Plainville Invite on Monday, April 21.
