olie Kuhn - daughter of Brandon and Ashley Kuhn
The Lady Trojans hosted Northern Valley in their last regular season game of the season in Palco. The following girls were recognized for their contributions to the team as seniors: Sarah Clark - daughter of Shane and Stephanie Clark, Jolie Kuhn - daughter of Brandon and Ashley Kuhn and Hailey McClurg - daughter of Dustin and Crystal McClurg.
The varsity played the best 3 of 5 sets for the evening, but couldn't quite catch up to their rivals. They lost in 3 sets 12-25, 15-25, 23-25. Senior Jolie Kuhn and junior Trinity Couse led in kills with 4 each, followed by Hope Couse and Lylah Voss each with 3. Voss added 4 blocks on the night, and Kuhn helped with 5 assists. Sophomore Graci Bliss tallied 16 service receptions with Trinity Couse adding 12.
The Lady Trojans will travel to Otis on Tuesday, Oct. 22 to participate in the new KSHSAA Regional volleyball triangular. Otis-Bison vs Minneola will begin at 4:00 with Logan-Palco vs Minneola as the second match, and Logan-Palco vs Otis-Bison as the third match.
